About Will Thomas

Will Thomas is an accomplished Coach, Trainer and Author. A career in retail personnel management followed by a series of education leadership roles has led him to become Managing Director of Vision for Learning Ltd, a company set up by him  to promote high quality learning and development across education, charity and business sectors.  He is also CEO of The Institute of Educational Coaching, which works in association with The University of Worcester, to accredit coach training and uphold high standards of professional practice.

The award-winning author and best selling author and co-author of 10 books in the field of coaching, leadership and creativit.  He has developed a reputation for deeply insightful training and personal and professional coaching.  He is justifiably regarded as the expert in the field of coaching in education settings.  Through his own continuing success in business and writing,  he has also established the “Make the leap”  and “Write-Now” programmes which support  just 12 people per year, to move into self employment and  to become published authors.  The programme offers them personal coaching and mentoring support from Will and a raft of resources to support their development.  Both programmes are invitation based.  If you would like to know more about these programmes, you should email Will directly at willthomas@visionforlearning.co.uk .
